My Boys | Adelaide Newborn Photographer

I've been going to take these photo for weeks now but things just kept coming up or Ash was grumpy or the weather was bad and there wasn't enough light in our room.

Then yesterday the weather was beautiful and the light in our room was great, I get my camera out to do some test shots and what do you know the battery is almost flat and so is my spare but do you think I can find the charger no of course I can't.

I knew I had to get them done then or it was just going to be put off again.

Ash was going to start getting tired soon so I'm running around the house searching every room and couldn't find it anywhere, then just as I was about to give up I thought I'll just have a look in our walk in robe when I seen the box up on the shelf I just knew it was in there you wouldn't believe how happy I was.

So I half charged the battery and away we went, mind you it took a fair bit of bribing to get ash to stay on that bed. I'm so so happy with how they turned out I love them and there's even some that Brett likes of himself lol.

So anyway enough of my raving and on to the pictures - My Three Favourite Boys xxxx

Nothing about this image is technically correct, its not really in focus and its really grainy because I had to have my iso up really high.

But I love it he does it practically every night, its just what he does and I wanted to capture it so when he's all grown up I can look back at this time and remember.

In a couple of weeks he is going to be 2, where has the time gone?

It seems like only yesterday I had a tiny baby in my arms and now he's a little boy.

I am so glad I have so, so many photo's to document that time gone by, I don't know what I would do without them.

It's so easy to forget those little things that you thought you never would.

Soon we are going to be a family of 4 and my baby boy will be a big brother and I know he will be the best one ever. (insert hormonal pregnant women crying here lol).

But he will always be my baby boy.

Anyway that's enough of my for blubbering now.

We're Having A Baby! | Adelaide Newborn Photographer

A little brother for Ashton.

Here he is at 19 weeks today.

We are very excited and can't wait to meet him.

I will be taking maternity leave as of the 30th of April and will only be taking on Maternity, Newborn and Babies under 12 months up until this time.

I will be taking on limited Newborn sessions up until our little man is born.

As you can tell by this post title we are moving back to Adelaide.

Brett has been promoted but the position is only available in Adelaide.

We will be leaving Melbourne around the middle of December.

I am currently still taking sessions up until and including the 31st of October.

I am also now taking bookings for February in Adelaide.

We are very sad to leave our family and friends but we knew it wouldn't
be forever, it just came around sooner rather then later.

It's been a great 2 years!

I want to say a big thank you to all my wonderful clients you have all been great.

Mine | Melbourne Child Photographer

I haven't done a proper shoot with Ash for a while so I thought it was about time.

He had a ball! Sticks, flowers, rocks all his favourite things.

And best of all I got some awesome images! These are definitely going on canvas.

He had a fight with the coffee table | Melbourne Baby Photographer

So guess where we spent 4 hours last night? That's right in the emergency waiting room how exciting NOT!

He is going to be totally fine they super glued it back together and put some little strips over the top it took 5 mins tops and we had to wait 4 hours grrrrrrrrr.

We were there for about 2 hours when a little girl came in with her mum and sister she had had a fight with a coffee table too but she needed stitches the poor thing.

Her and Ash had a great time running around the waiting room playing together. He thought it was great to have someone to play with.

So anyway needless to say we are getting rid of our coffee table and getting a new one with rounded corners or a storage ottoman instead.

Santa

Can you believe it almost Christmas again? How time flys.

This time last year i was a big fat pregnant whale now my baby boy
is 9 1/2 months old and having photos with Santa (which he wasn't very
happy about lol).

I thought he would be fine we had a trial run with Santa at Brett's work
Christmas treat and he was fine but not this time. He didn't scream but
he was Not Happy Jan.

There I was in the middle of the shopping centre with loads of people all around bouncing up and down like a kangaroo trying to get him to smile (usually it's the funniest thing in the world to him).

The Santa photographer was great she took heaps of photos for me in the end
this one was the best of the lot so we get a half smile but am very thankful that
he's not screaming and i got one at all.

Anyway enough of my babbling. I want to say big thank you to all my clients
you are all special to me I cant wait to see you all again.

He's 6 Months Old Already! | Melbourne Baby Photographer

I can't believe it, he's growing up so fast! Where did the time go.

He is saying dad and bub now and laughs all the time.

He's such a happy boy, and as you can see is a total poser when the camera comes out.

I cant believe it he's almost 4 months old, how time flies.

He's sleeping in his own room now as of about 4 weeks ago.

He was sleeping through most nights but has now decided that 4.30 am

is a good time instead but he goes back to sleep within an hour so i get a

couple more hours beauty sleep.

I swear he gets cuter every day.

He giggles now and babbles so much.
He starts off all quiet and gets louder and louder its hilarious!

Number 1.

I'm Moving To Melbourne.

I'm so excited I cant wait, we leave in about 7 weeks.
Its going to be a big change but we have family in Melbourne and no family here.

Brett finally proposed it only took 6 years. LOL

The ring is gorgeous and he got it made how special is that.

I'M PREGNANT!!

I'm 13 weeks and 4 days.

Below are a couple of pictures of our little bubba from my 12 week scan. Brett missed out on this one because he's away for work but he will be there for the next one and hopefully we can find out the sex.

Anyway that's enough news for one day I'm going to miss all my wonderful clients and all my wonderful friends in Adelaide.

I will be keeping you all updated throughout my pregnancy and I may not post for a little while I have so much to organise before we leave. So much to do so little time.
